Welcome to the 24th installment of the Build Your Library Read Aloud Book Club!
The March 2022 theme is “Everything’s Mathematical”. This month’s selection is about a young girl dealing with a family crisis and using a math journal to cope. This book is full of math and friendship and family relationships and it is a perfect read-aloud for the whole family!
In addition to the book, you will receive a booklet with discussion questions and ideas for rabbit trails that you could choose to pursue, as well as recommended books of a similar theme – a mini-unit study if you will.
Of course, you will always receive some collectible, themed bookmarks. There will also be access to an accompanying private, moderated Facebook group to participate in online book discussions to help you get the most out of that month’s theme.
It’s like getting an all-inclusive family-wide unit study in a subscription-style book pack each month!
